Be The Change
Sitting in the balcony, sipping my morning tea on a hot sunny day, having a view on the outside world, I hear the lady from the opposite house leaving for the work grumbling about the traffic who herself owns four distinct vehicles. The man on the other side of the road moans on the lack of vegetation w hose constructing his third homestead in the middle of plant kingdom. The boy is heard lecturing on the brutality towards animals who abandoned his own puppy when it was sick. As I watch the morning sun, the heat enough to kill you, thinking on the adverse effects of Global warming, comes the rain out of nowhere spoiling my tea, wetting my clothes, I ask myself, "Why the heck did it had to rain now ? " . We are born crying, live complaining and die disappointed. We complain about things, we are not willing to change. As I recollect a quote by our Mahatma, "Be the change that you wish to see in the world" .
